We're going to a pub with a friend and her partner; her father died yesterday and she wants to go out.

Just surprised my Irish friend and made him venison hash with Indian corn that I grew here from the seed I bought over here with me. Real soul food, he looked at it a bit strangely at first then ate it and said he could eat that all day long he enjoyed it so much. A compliment like that from him means something as he doesn't give them very often so it made all the prep of the food worth it.
