Now that would depend upon which side you speak to. Though I have been told the stories are not so far off that have filtered into human mythology but not mainstream mythology. Yet even then we miss the mark by a large degree.

The only thing I can surmise is the legend of the Atlantian crystals is true. There was in fact a struggle between two groups, possibly a third. Yet struggle as we understand the word doesn't work nor does conflict yet its the closest I can think of. I say a third for one group says they were outsiders others say they were fouled but wouldn't elaborate on how they were fouled. There was an in between time what we call historically where the lands sank but that is not correct more like faded is correct but even that doesn't work. Not sure I fully understood to be honest.

In some crazy way the closest I ever got to really thinking I understood was like the movie forbidden planet were the scientist says the Krell were so advanced they destroyed themselves overnight. Not through conflict but by accident and achievement. But I was never really sure if I was close because of comparing the final result or because my mental state was like that of one of their weakest children on the intelligence scale.

The way I understood it, they began as colonies, home had troubles of its own and left them alone 10,000 years. in that time they colonized the moon, Mars, and some planet that isn't there anymore.two extra-dimensional groups [one was the Grays]came and interfered with them and then the proxy war pretty much obliterated everything in the system. after it was over, the survivors were so few they interbred with their servants, the gold miners and our kind was created.

I really ought to write this stuff down someday, very few ever hear of it.

That also ties into the Dogon stories of the dog star Sirus and how earth was a colony and "energy" was being transferred back until the system collapsed. Roughly 12 (maybe 24) colony sites located about the globe which in some capacity equate to the vortex sites (think Bermuda triangle, Devils sea, Great lakes triangle, etc).

Supposedly some of the last remnants were to be found at the seats of our earliest civilizations or juncture / meeting points between the groups. Sort of transfer stations, Egypt being one of them between the Indian ocean and Med basin area which is why it's one of the oldest of man's historical areas. Were you really see the results of the inbreeding but also the stories of the gods / goddesses who came from the sea's type stuff. Figure Egypt and the med in general have the ancient seafarers stories, the Inca's I think it was talk about the white gods who came from the sea's, the Pacific Islanders speak of a brown skin race of seafarer's.

The grays fit the idea of the reptilian race that still lingers on the fringes of human though and imagery. There is also reference to a feline race, which some suggest is why you see so many anthromorphic images of feline gods / goddesses in early religion, especially Egyptian.

What's funny is all of this is a view that doesn't tend to fit into the pagan world view of things so doesn't get spoken of. You encounter it more in the Alien visitor's forum's more than Pagan forums.

Yet many Native American nations also speak about the Star People and the first people's that were here long ago and taught mankind. Some of the stories speak of Aliens but others speak more of first nation people who came before and are the ancestors who crossed into the mists or such. Many having tales of climbing from one world into this world in some capacity or some sort of boundary that separates the old world from this world. Yet many times how the ancestor's guided certain people over or through the mists into the other world and then back.

Then consider like the Celts and Saxon's for instance who talk about going into the "Blue" world which we assume is death. Yet what if it's not actually death but the land where the blue people were?

I love this reply, so AWAKE and full of things fluffy people would rather not be bothered with, such as facts and reality. I have a secret to share, given the awesomeness of this very post:
Sorcery and many kinds of C.M are not exactly spiritual, but a lost technology geared toward interaction with the universe.Life itself is vibration based you know, right down to the sub-atomic levels!

P.S
Kitties don't play nice with bugs.
NOW you know how the war got so out of hand!

For many who follow a shamanic type pathway our pathwalks are not so much spiritual / religious as they are practices. Yes we have spiritual / religion in them but it usually supports them but is not the scope around which they are built.

It was in journey work that I encountered one of the blue spirits. For me I first equated them to water spirits more so than land spirits. What you might call an undine or similar but the stories were basically the same. Have seen a few water ones over time, maybe one in the woods but that one was real elusive and never liked to come right out and show herself. Unlike other wood spirits though, even the forest was different when she was there though.

The blue one I met in Scotland was interesting. She spoke a bit about the cities out in the water. The people of the Outer Hebrides Islands have legends of a sunken city of Merfolk off the island. Have to admit I always wondered if I actually met her or did I dream about her over a period of time. Seem's I'd go down near one of the stream's / river's and I'd sort of space out and encounter her / dream about her. One of those I know it happened but then later you begin to doubt yourself and question it.

Japan was interesting. I lived there a total of 6.5 years. Would meet people near water, sometimes women, sometimes men that were different. A few I would "Meet" in journey work or dreamtime and they would change. Sometimes they'd change into blue people and we'd talk but never once would a audible word speak between us. What was interesting though, there was a few times I was shown a place where there were people who were tigers, people who were dragons and people who were some sort of lizard they hated.

But like I said not something regular pagan groups like to get into.

I've been called a "shaman" I still don't know what it is. LOL

I met a blue lady too, wasn't meditating or anything, I was behind the house at 3:00 AM doing what a hermit does that time of the morning when a bright, blue light drifted by, I sensed I was being studied so I said:
Going my way? and she just appeared in my head and said: "Sorry, I live here too." and with that, the blue light drifted away at a 45 degree angle.

" a few times I was shown a place where there were people who were tigers, people who were dragons and people who were some sort of lizard they hated."
Been there too. lots of friends there! It's called "Elsewhere" as opposed to the Elswhyr country of cats in sky rim game. [Methinks somebody at Bethesda games travels too! especially with all the "Necronomicon" Easter eggs.

You and I should chat, sounds like we have travels in common!

You may have seen this before think I've posted it here but not sure. Maybe it will speak to you. I tend to write in poem and riddle

I stand before the hard rock wall, with space behind and room to fall
Winds they blow on beaten face; they carve a niche into the place
Before me lies the barren face but deep inside the hidden space
Down below in secret hue, the pillars rise to mark the view
Like webs they reach into the core, the tunnels drop into the floor
Yet time it hides illusions pace, decent unknown in its great haste
Down and down the passage goes, deeper and deeper the fiber flows

On beaten path the feet must fall, upon black walls the echoes crawl
Spiral and wind the passage drops, like bands of green moss marks the spot
Many a leg and passage to into the depths it all runs too
At last it opens on one great hall, the floor worn smooth from passages fall
High above the cap so tight, it hides in shadows from flickers light
With barren fang and broken tooth, a jagged maul reveals its truth
Eyes unseen to mark the spot, a royal chamber above the pot

Cat and dragon do mark the spot, 7 plus 7 is not allot
7 before and 7 across, too few to count yet not a loss
A ring surrounds with seating too, provides a house for 14 to view
High above in shadowed gloom, the eyes look out across the room
Down below the pillar stand, 7 fangs to set the risen plan
7 is the magic place, 7 pillars to mark the place
7 steps the floor does rise, 7 faces deceive the light
7 more the eyes do see, 7 of 7 to make 14

And there before the pillars rise, the flame is born before the eyes
A round a great circle the heat does dance, About the circle the flame does prance
The flame is all that you can see A glow cast forth for you and me
Flash and crack with snaps galore, the flame it dances upon the floor
Smoke it creeps and flutters about, to rise until it fills the mouth
Images and shapes they dance within, yet no form falls from without or within
Heat it rises from that great place, yet no heat to fall upon the face

Across the back behind the teeth the pool it forms ignoring the heat
A ripple and drip they fall from space, they strike the floor with hard embrace
Dark across its face serene, yet depths remain from sight unseen
Spreading arc and fingers strong, it wraps the back and takes on form
No sound it makes upon the place, no ripple to reveal what lies beneath its face
Deep into the recess a spot so dark, the edge is lost to even a spark

Look you now behind your place; look to see the holes the walls embrace
Many a spot and passage to, all bring here this point of view
Some rise up and some fall down, but all lets out upon this ground
Air is fresh and filled with wind, others are damp and dirt smells in
All are old through beaten time; All are smooth with beaten line
All are worn from time before; All have opened onto this floor
All who come from out in space, all arrive before this place

Dragon Lord and Cat lord too, they all observe all you do
7 of cat they line the place, 7 of dragon before their face
Up on high they sit in wait, awaiting you arrival before their fate
Towards the flame and pillars to, they call you forth their job to do
Rise on ramp above the floor, you find yourself on 7 more
Down below the sight sinks in, 7 on 7 again and again
7 hold hands raised on high, they lift you up like you could fly

But tarry not long in your deep view, the chasm is deep and lost to you
Spread and spread it goes much wider, with 7 before and 6 beside her
Look you now about the place, see 6 that stand before your face
Equal space they stand from you, on level path the 7 are true
One of 7 your are to be, 1 above with 7 beneath your feet
Called you were from times great past, a charge is yours the hand does pass
Taken before the spot to be one of the groups you are to be.

Above you in the darken spot 14 faces look out a lot
7 are cat its feline true, 7 draconian from dragon blood too
In your mind your hear their voice, no lips are moved no choirs rejoiced
Before them all you stand so still, above you ranked the 14 peel
One will call upon your place, one will teach from their high place
Cat or Dragon your guide will be, above them all some others do see
Perhaps chosen in your tight spot, a grand lord will pull the knot

High above in sheltered grace there rests the might join great race
Teachers they are from dawns birth time, teachers to teach they have the time
A lesson is passed from mind to mind; you learn your lesson in rapid time
For me the lesson was given too, a dragon lord and cat lord too
Golden dragon with scales so bright, white cat to blaze the night
Yellow eyes to peer within, green eyes to blaze again and again
Teachers they are and called to me, a lesson in private that I must see

Many a time to this place I’ll be, many a night down here I’ll see
Years will pass with flowing time; Years will pass to mark the time
Lessons of earth and power too, some of the things that I’ll teach too
Here before the flaming spot, here before the council lot
Here before the teaches grace, here before the subjects place
Here before the ancient race, here I come to take my place

Here before time began here my ancestors swore their plan
Here before the fire bright, here my ancestors swore to the night
Here before the pillar height my ancestors swore to fight or die
Promise they made and placed on me down through the blood the promise would be
Promise they made and swore to keep, Promise I hold before my feet
Promises they made to guard the gate, promise of life to give or take
A promise was given at birth of time, a promise I keep now down the line
