Default You're going about it all wrong, people!

Look, dummies. To stay in shape and look good all you have to do is the following: Monday-back and biceps , Tuesday- chest and triceps, Wed- legs, Thurs- shoulders, Friday- arms
And do abs everyday.
Unless you're a chick, then you just gotta stay toned and have nice tits. (And maintain the drapes).
There. I revolutionized the physical section.
