Default Ayurveda

A little gift for petrus, ALice and anyone else interested in Ayurveda. Todd Caldecott is superb, IMHO. I've done his free Food as Medicine course at herbmentor and use his book all the time(not the Ayurveda one, much as I find the system intriguing I work in a Western energetic framework). His blog is fantastic, and so is this course.

Enjoy.

Tell me what you think once you've had a chance to watch! I've been very impressed with Todd's work - his site alone is such a resource.

K, finally took my time to watch through this. Wow, that was a lovely bunch of information, I might have to watch it over again some other time. So much I did not now about the history of ayurveda, and India for that matter.

This guy really does seem have a lot of knowledge in this field, if I were to study ayurveda I would definitely conciser doing his course.

Todd is the real deal. I am not studying Ayurveda as a professional focus right now, but I can certainly spot a master when I see one. His book is worth every penny, and if you join herbmentor.com - 10$ a month (!) - you can access the shorter versions of his courses, which is just great for folks in Western herbalism or TCM.
