Default Fortunetelling

Hi -
I am here as your temporary maven, but I hope you go beyond me. I will write here about Lenormand and Sibilla. I love Tarot, but I will leave that to feranaja (and maybe she can help me with the Thoth occasionally? That thing is deeeeep!)

First, I want to define what I mean. Sibilla type decks include all the old playing-card-correspondence-to-a-picture decks such as 36 card Lenormand, Sibilla Italiana, Grand Jeu Lenormand, Jeu du Destin, etc. They won't match up, they're based on various old playing card methods fron diverse areas oF Europe.

I would also like to address cards NO insets, AKA Kippers, etc.

Back soon.

LOL. I meant to finish that today. Must have accidentally hit 'post' somehow.
Or the dog may have managed to do that somehow - he's young and still bratty, I've caught him on the coffee table more than once.

We can start with Sibillas if you like. Hardly anyone uses them here, but in Italy everybody knows them. I'm told you can get them in grocery stores over there.

Good news if you want to get into them - your startup cost can be under $10. The Book Depository has the Every Day Oracle listed for $9.45 and free shipping. https://www.bookdepository.com/Every...1523492&sr=1-1

And this blog has everything you need to know.

Just wanted to note that the blog I linked to in the OP has been taken down.
If anyone is curious as to why, read the comments on this blog post:
